Serving Westminster, California
RV, Trailer, Van, and Fleet Collision and Repair Serving Westminster
One 35,000 square foot building that does structural, body, paint, fiberglass, roof, and onboard systems work in the right order, instead of sending your vehicle to four different shops and asking you to coordinate them.
In short
We repair collision and structural damage on recreational, commercial, and municipal vehicles, bill direct to every major insurance carrier, and publish our labor rates rather than hiding them. Assessment fees are credited against an authorized repair.

What we do
Repair disciplines under one roof
Structural first, then body, then paint, then systems. The sequence is not negotiable, because each stage has to be right before the next one covers it up.
Collision and Structural
Impact damage on coaches, trailers, and trucks, from a scuffed corner cap through frame measurement and full structural rebuilds.

Vehicles we repair
Height, length, and construction are what separate this from automotive collision work. A coach is a laminated structure on a chassis, not a unibody.
RVs and Motorhomes
Every motorized coach class, from a compact camper van to a 45 foot diesel pusher, repaired under one roof.

Fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, pop ups, truck campers and park models, repaired to a sealed and sound condition.

Work vans, factory camper coaches, upfitter conversions and delivery fleets, repaired with the structure measured rather than assumed.

Box trucks, tractors, flatbeds and refrigerated units, measured first and repaired with your downtime planned around your routes.

School, shuttle and transit buses plus emergency apparatus, scoped in writing and scheduled around your service obligations.

Most claim disputes are documentation disputes
The first estimate on an RV is almost always short, because the person writing it could not see behind the panel. That gap is where owners get stuck.
We photograph and scope the damage before anything is repaired, bill direct to every major carrier, and file the supplement when teardown finds more than the original inspection did. We do not decide your claim. What we control is the quality of the documentation that decision gets made from.
Standard on every job
What is included
These are not upgrades. They are how the work is run on every vehicle that comes through the building.
Full teardown where it is needed
We do not estimate through a closed panel. If the damage path runs behind trim or skin, we open it and document what is actually there.
Written, itemized scope
Parts, labor hours, and materials listed separately against the posted rate, so every line is something you can question.
Direct carrier communication
We talk to the adjuster so you are not relaying technical detail between two parties who both expect you to already understand it.
Supplement handling
When teardown finds more than the original inspection, we document and submit the supplement rather than absorbing it into a vague overage.
Correct repair sequence
Structural before cosmetic, every time. A straight body over a bent frame is a repair that fails its second life.
Systems tested under load
Electrical, plumbing, generator, and climate systems are run and verified before delivery, not just reconnected and assumed good.
Photo documentation throughout
Before, during, and after. Useful for your records, and decisive if a claim is ever revisited.
Delivery walkthrough
We go over what was done, what was replaced, and what to watch, in person, with the vehicle in front of you.
How the work runs
Our six step repair process
The same sequence on every vehicle, whether it is a single coach or a fleet of box trucks.
- 01
Assessment and documentation
We put the vehicle on the floor, pull panels where we need to see behind them, and photograph everything. Hidden damage found now is damage that does not become a supplement argument later.
- 02
Written estimate
You get a line by line estimate with parts, labor hours, materials, and the posted rate applied to each. Nothing is bundled into a single number you cannot check.
- 03
Carrier coordination
If a claim is involved we deal with the adjuster directly, submit the documentation, and handle supplements when teardown reveals more than the first inspection showed.
- 04
Authorization and scheduling
Once the scope is approved we confirm the deposit, order parts, and give you a realistic slot. Special order parts drive the timeline more often than labor does.
- 05
Repair
Structural first, then body, then paint, then systems and interior. The sequence is not negotiable because each stage has to be right before the next one covers it up.
- 06
Quality check and delivery
Multi point inspection, systems tested under load, paint inspected under corrected lighting, and a walkthrough with you before the vehicle leaves.
Before you call
Frequently asked questions
Do you work on my type of vehicle
All years, all makes, all classes. Class A gas and diesel coaches, Class B and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, truck campers, Sprinter and cargo vans, camper van conversions, box trucks, semi tractors, flatbeds, school and shuttle buses, municipal fleet units, ambulances, food trucks, and mobile business builds. If it is too tall, too long, or built too differently for a general automotive body shop, it is the work this building was set up for. If you are unsure, send the year, make, and class along with a description of the damage and we will tell you plainly whether it is work we take.
How much does a repair cost
It depends entirely on what the teardown finds, which is why we publish our rates rather than a single headline number. Body and paint labor is $210 per hour, mechanical is $260 per hour, and diagnostic is $285 per hour. Parts carry a 100 percent markup at or under $100 and 35 percent above that. Every service page on this site lists a realistic range for that specific repair, and the full rate sheet including materials, deposits, and tax treatment is published on our prices page. A range is wide because RV scope genuinely varies that much, not because we are being evasive.
Do you charge for an estimate
An RV systems assessment is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are credited back against the repair once you authorize the work, so if you proceed the assessment effectively costs nothing extra. We charge because a real assessment means a technician, a lift, and often pulling panels to see the damage path, which takes real time. A number given over the phone without seeing the vehicle is a guess, and guesses are what turn into arguments later.
Do you work with insurance companies
We bill direct to every major carrier including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, Mercury, Allstate, American Family, Wawanesa, National General, CSAA, Foremost, Liberty Mutual, Tesla, and Cincinnati. We document the damage, submit the scope, communicate with the adjuster directly, and file the supplement when teardown reveals more than the original inspection could see. Insurance billed work may be invoiced at a carrier negotiated labor rate that differs from our posted retail rate.
How long will my vehicle be in the shop
Light cosmetic work is usually days. A structural repair with paint is usually weeks. A full restoration can run months. The single biggest driver of timeline is not labor, it is parts availability, and RV parts are frequently special order with lead times measured in weeks. The second biggest driver is the approval cycle when a claim is involved. We give you a realistic window once the scope is confirmed rather than an optimistic one at intake.
Where are you located and do you serve Westminster
Our facility is at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, and we serve Westminster and the wider Orange County area. All work is performed in shop. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or on site fleet route service, because the equipment that makes this work correct, a full frame rack, a booth sized for a coach, and lift capacity for heavy chassis, does not travel. Owners and fleet operators bring vehicles to us from across Southern California for exactly that reason.
