Privacy Policy
In short
We collect what you type into a form and send it to info@ocrvcenter.com so we can answer you. Analytics run only if you consent. We do not sell personal information, and California residents have rights described on this page.
This policy explains what OCRV Center collects through this website, what we do with it, how long we keep it, who else touches it, and how to make a request about your own information. It covers this website. It does not cover information you give us in person or over the phone in the course of an actual repair, which is governed by our repair paperwork and by California repair regulations.
The short version: this is a small site with one form. What you type goes to our email inbox so a person can read it and reply. There is no customer account, no login, no database of visitors, no advertising pixel, and no data broker relationship. Analytics are the only tracking on the site and they do not run until you agree to them.
Collection
What this site collects and why
Everything in this table comes from something you did: submitting a form, sending an email, or consenting to analytics.

We do not ask for a government identification number, a payment card number, a date of birth, precise location, biometric information, or health information through this website, and you should not send any of those through the form. If a repair requires payment details, that happens through our normal in shop process rather than through a web page.
Photographs you send may contain more than you intended. A wide shot of a damaged vehicle can include a registration plate, a house number, or an interior. We use those images only to assess and document your repair. If you want to remove anything from an image before sending it, do that first, and if you would prefer that none of your vehicle's images ever be used in any public material, say so and it goes on the file.
Use
How the information is used
Form submissions are used to answer your request. That means reading what you sent, looking at your photographs, and replying by phone or email with what the repair involves. If a claim is in play, the details you gave us are used to coordinate with your carrier and adjuster on your behalf. If you become a customer, that information becomes part of the repair file, alongside the estimate, the documentation package, and the invoice.
Technical request data is used transiently to rate limit the form endpoint so automated traffic cannot flood our inbox. It is not used to identify you, it is not combined with your submission to build a profile, and it is not retained as a log of visitors.
Analytics, when you consent to them, are used in aggregate to see which pages people read and where they leave. That informs what we write next. We do not use analytics to target advertising, we do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising as California law defines those terms.
We do not send marketing email to people who simply filled in the form. If you asked us a question, you get an answer to that question. If we ever start a mailing list, joining it will be an explicit action you take, and leaving it will be one click.
Cookies and analytics
What runs in your browser
This site uses Google Analytics and nothing else for measurement. It is configured with consent mode defaulting to denied, which means storage and analytics collection are switched off before you make a choice. Address anonymization is enabled. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are all denied. If you do not consent, no analytics identifiers are written and no analytics events are sent.
Beyond that, the site sets no advertising cookies, runs no remarketing tags, and embeds no social media trackers. Video content is linked to an external channel rather than embedded, specifically so a player from another company does not load scripts and cookies for every visitor who never intended to watch anything.
There is one exception worth naming: the contact page includes an embedded map from a third party mapping provider. Loading that map involves a request to that provider, which is subject to their own privacy practices rather than ours. If you would rather not load it, the facility address is written in plain text on the same page and in the footer of every page.
You can also change your mind. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser resets the consent choice, and most browsers offer a global setting that limits or blocks third party storage entirely. Browsers and extensions that send a recognized opt out preference signal are treated as an opt out of sale and sharing.
Retention
How long anything is kept
Form submissions arrive as email and live in our inbox. Inquiries that do not become repairs are kept while they are still useful for following up and are then deleted in the normal course of clearing the inbox. If you ask us to delete an inquiry sooner, we will delete it and confirm.
If your inquiry becomes an actual repair, the information becomes part of the repair record, and repair records are retained for the periods that California repair regulations, tax rules, and insurance documentation practice require. Those records are also what protect you: an estimate, an authorization history, a documentation package, and an invoice are the evidence of what was agreed and what was performed.
Rate limiting data is transient and is discarded on its own within minutes. Analytics data collected with your consent is retained by the analytics provider under the retention period configured in that service, and it is not linked to your form submission or to your repair file.
Third parties
Who else touches this information
A hosting provider serves this website and processes the requests that reach it, including form submissions in transit. An email delivery provider transmits form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider stores that inbox. An analytics provider processes analytics events, and only when you have consented. A third party mapping provider serves the embedded map on the contact page. Each of those companies processes information on our behalf under its own terms and applicable law.
Beyond service providers, information is shared in two situations. First, when you have asked us to coordinate a repair with your insurance carrier, in which case the details necessary for that coordination go to the carrier and the adjuster. Second, when we are legally required to produce records, such as a lawful request from a regulator or a court, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not provide contact details to lead brokers, marketing aggregators, or any other business for its own purposes. If that ever changed, it would be disclosed here, and an opt out mechanism would be provided before it took effect.
California rights
Your rights under the CCPA and CPRA
These rights belong to California residents. We extend the same request process to anyone who asks, because operating two systems would be more work than doing it once properly.

To make a request, email info@ocrvcenter.com with the word privacy in the subject line, or call (949) 799-3387 and say you are making a privacy request. Tell us which right you are exercising and give us enough detail to find your information, which usually means the email address or phone number you used and roughly when you contacted us. We will acknowledge the request and respond within the timeframes California law provides.
We have to verify that a request actually comes from you before acting on it, because handing someone else's information to the wrong person is the worse failure. Verification is proportionate to the request: matching the contact details we already hold is usually enough for a request to know or delete an inquiry. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can confirm with you.
Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about how we treat you. We will not deny you service, charge you differently, or provide a lower standard of work because you made a privacy request. If a deletion request would require us to destroy records we are legally obligated to retain, we will tell you which records those are and why, and delete everything else.
Other terms
Security, children, and changes
The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are transmitted over that connection. Access to the inbox that receives submissions is limited to staff who need it. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send identification numbers, payment card details, or health information through the form.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it. We also do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under sixteen, because we do not sell or share personal information at all.
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page. Material changes, meaning changes to what we collect, why, or who receives it, will be described plainly rather than folded quietly into the text. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies to you, so it is worth a look if you are about to send us something.
