Terms

Terms of Use for This Website

In short

Everything published here is informational. Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer. Your repair is governed by the written estimate you receive and the authorization you sign, and the posted rates page explains deposits and payment.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern your repair. A repair is governed by the written estimate you receive, the authorization you give, and California law covering registered automotive repair dealers. If those two ever appear to conflict, the repair paperwork controls.

By using this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, the correct response is to stop using the site and call (949) 799-3387 instead, which is frequently the better route anyway.

Content

Everything here is informational, not a binding quote

The pages on this site describe categories of repair, how the work is performed, what tends to drive scope and timeline, and what our posted labor rates are. That material is written to help you understand a repair before you commit to one. It is not an offer, it is not a quotation, and no page here creates a contract or a binding obligation to perform work at any particular price.

Vehicles vary, and on bonded and laminated construction they vary more than most people expect. Two units with visually identical damage can differ enormously once a panel comes off, depending on the condition of the structure behind it, how long water has been sitting in the core, and whether a previous repair was performed badly. Any description of a repair on this site is a general description, not a statement about your vehicle.

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make a genuine effort to keep it accurate and we correct errors when we find them or when readers report them, but we do not represent that every page is complete, current, or free of error, and we do not represent that the site will be uninterrupted. If something here is wrong, tell us at info@ocrvcenter.com and we will look at it.

Estimates

Price ranges are estimates, not offers

Where a page shows a price range for a category of work, that range is derived from our own posted labor rates applied to the hours that category of job has typically required on our floor, plus typical parts and materials. It is published so you can plan. It is not a price for your vehicle and it does not obligate either of us to that figure.

A real price comes from a written estimate produced with the vehicle on our floor, panels removed where we need to see behind them, moisture recorded by location where water is involved, and the chassis measured where the impact suggests it moved. That document lists parts with numbers and lead times, labor operations with hours and the applicable rate, materials, sublet where any applies, and tax treatment. It is the only pricing document that binds anything.

Estimates are also time sensitive. Parts pricing and availability in this trade move, sometimes substantially, and a component that was in stock when an estimate was written can be back ordered a month later. If time passes between an estimate and an authorization, we may need to re verify parts and update the document before proceeding.

Repairs

Your repair is governed by the estimate and the authorization

Work begins after you authorize a written estimate. As a registered California automotive repair dealer, we provide that estimate before performing work, and we do not exceed the estimated amount without obtaining your authorization first. When disassembly exposes damage that could not be identified beforehand, work on that area stops, the finding is documented, a supplement is written, and nothing additional is performed until it is approved by you and, where a claim applies, by the carrier.

Deposit and payment terms are published on the prices page and appear on your estimate rather than arriving later. In summary, 50 percent at authorization on work above $2,000, and an additional 25 percent when parts arrive on work above $10,000. Special order parts require full payment at the time of order and are non refundable, because components in this trade are frequently non returnable once cut, drilled, or built against a specific unit. The final balance is due at pickup and no vehicle is released before it is paid in full.

Insurance billed work may be invoiced at a carrier negotiated labor rate that differs from the retail rates published on this site. Coverage decisions belong to your carrier. We document, we advocate, and we coordinate with your adjuster, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation that a claim will be approved, that a particular scope will be accepted, or that any specific amount will be paid by anyone other than you.

Using the site

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may read, print, and share these pages for your own non commercial purposes, including sending a page to an adjuster or to another owner. What you may not do is scrape the site to republish it as your own content, use it to build a competing marketing site, submit automated traffic to the form endpoint, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use any part of it to misrepresent your relationship with this business.

The text, photographs, page structure, and business name on this site belong to OCRV Center unless stated otherwise. Vehicle manufacturer names, carrier names, and other third party marks that appear here are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we repair and the carriers we bill. Their appearance does not indicate any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation in either direction.

When you submit something through a form on this site, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use what you send for the purpose you sent it for, which is assessing and documenting your repair and communicating with your carrier if you asked us to. If you would prefer that images of your vehicle never appear in any public material, tell us and it goes on the file.

Liability

Limitation of liability and links to other sites

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCRV Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on information published here, including lost profits, lost use of a vehicle, or costs of substitute transportation. Nothing in this paragraph limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in it affects your rights under California repair regulations or your rights in respect of work actually performed on your vehicle.

Decisions about a specific vehicle should be made on the basis of an inspection and a written estimate, not on the basis of a web page. That is the whole point of the preceding sections. If a page here left you with the impression that your repair will cost a particular amount or take a particular length of time, please treat that impression as provisional until you have paperwork in your hand.

This site links to external resources, including a mapping provider, a video channel, and review platforms. Those sites are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them is not an endorsement of everything they contain, and we have no control over their content or availability.

General

Governing law, changes, and how to reach us

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page, and material changes will be written plainly rather than folded quietly into the text. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies to you. If a change would affect an estimate you already hold, it does not, because your estimate and authorization govern that repair regardless of what this page says.

Questions about these terms go to info@ocrvcenter.com or (949) 799-3387. Written correspondence can be sent to OCRV Center at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. Our state registration number is BAR ARD00288521 and our EPA identification is EPA CAL000367879, both of which appear on our repair paperwork as well.
